Season 2 Day 59

Almost at 200 packages of Ramen since the beginning of this blog like what...over 2 years ago? I think.
And I just posted elsewhere on the internet that I'm at a crossroads.  I'm not sure if I should go totally Vegan or go back to having meat in my diet?  I've been a Vegetarian now for 12 years. But, I really need to do something about my weight, and working out is not an option right now because of my knee and issues from the car accident few years ago.

So I'll ask it again here, for anyone who might be reading and know.  Would it be easier to go totally Vegan for a year or so, or bring meat back into my diet?

I have to admit, it would be lovely to cook a roast chicken again.  And I'd actually be able to make a real ramen broth for once from scratch.

Let me know what you think, what you've done in the past, etc.

till later

  1. Do what makes you happy. Today is my first day as a vegan...I have been vegetarian for 4 years and tried to go back to meat last month. It was okay but I quickly went back to being 100% vegetarian and now vegan. :)

    1. Thanks. Yeah, I've given up bread right now. So, vegetarian and no bread. I think going Vegan slowly is the answer right now.
And congrats on your first day. It's harder to do than it sounds. Come back and post any recipes you love.
